The supplied filter media were not the "hit" and have been replaced by high-quality filter media from EHEIM. The filter provides a complete umwäzung the aquarium water within 1 hour. (slightly throttled).
Each filter bag has a capacity of 3.2 liters
The lowest layer is about 3cm high with stuffed "Eheim Mech", the rest is with
Eheim lava filled.
Is completely filled with "Eheim Substrate pro".
Includes a 3cm thick layer "Eheim Substrate pro" filled, the rest is with
"JBL Micromec" replenished.
Is completely filled with JBL Micromec ".
For a good plant growth, I use a
CO2 system with night shut off via a solenoid valve of US hunting.
The CO2 is supplied via a
Tee directly into the external filter here, the CO2 bubbles almost completely dissolved, the CO2-resolution comes with the filtered water into the basin.
I've tried several variations of pinball, diffuser, and Nuclear.
Satisfied I was so far only with the direct input in the external filter.
(For this method, you should have no filter wool or sponges in the filter.)

The lights need grademal 100Watt. The filter with UVC lamp 75 Watt.
A heating I do not need, because the temp. Never Fails below 24 ° -25 °.
