Get inspired to create your own beautiful tank(s)
mal wieder ein aktuelles Foto (05.02.2015)
Description of the aquarium:
Category:
South America
Tank size:
100x40x50 = 200 liters ~ 52 gallons (us)
Specific features:
Panoramic pool with curved windscreen

The basin has been completely redesigned on 26/01/2012.
It was since 2004 a community tank, which was really not nice to look at.
After much consideration, it was now a South Basin.

The left and right corners were equipped with large roots, to create something dark room for the catfish.
The center of the basin is slightly lighter and kept as free as possible from plants to provide enough fish swimming space.

The cover itself was made of wood, find these plastic covers just plain ugly.

The cabinet is an heirloom, it was originally dark with white plywood, was ground and screwed a thick wooden board.

One of the best known and most popular fish species, very nice to look at with the eye-catching fluorescent colors lateral turquoise blue and red.

Great schooling fish that get along very well with other peaceful schooling fish.

Perusalmler love strong currents and are floating off, so they need a lot of free swimming space.
They should be associated with fish that do not feel bothered by their hectic nature.
In muted aquarium light the beautiful shades of blue of the animals come to wonderful effect, so it is recommended the use of floating plants.
