> Lake Malawi <
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Lake Malawi has a north-south stretch of almost 600 kilometers and a maximum width of 80 km. Lake Malawi is a mountain lake, its surface is 474 m above sea level. He is the third largest lake in Africa. Its maximum depth is about 700 m. Meanwhile, more than 600 different cichlid species have been described from Lake Malawi. In Malawi, there are several islands. Three littoral states are on Lake Malawi. The north-east coast and a very small part of the northern West Coast among Tanzania. The Mid-Atlantic Region is one of Mozambique. Almost the entire western coast and part of the southern coast bordering Malawi. In Tanzania and Mozambique of Malawi is also now known as Lake Nyasa yet.
> The water of Lake Malawi <
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

The water temperature is depending on the depth of 23-27 degrees Celsius. The pH is about 7.6 to 8.3. The total hardness of the water is about 4 to 6 degrees German hardness, the carbonate hardness 6 to 8 degrees.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
> Habitat mbunas <
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Especially the rocky zone provides Mbunas an optimal habitat. The term Mbuna one summarizes a group cichlids whose dissemination is strictly limited to the scree and rocks zone, since they are used as nursery eaters only there their food. The nursery scrape the Mbunas from using different techniques from the substrate; you can find on the rocky ground abundant small animals and plankton. This diverse habitat consists mostly of steep rocky shores and underwater reefs. The males usually live spatial fidelity and defend small territories such as crevices and small caves. Mbunas leave their rocky habitat rarely. Sandy substrates are extremely rare überschwommen. Due to these rock orientation have formed many different types and geographical races in the course of evolution. Most Mbunas are quite small and because of their very popular with aquarists Frabenpracht at 7 cm to 13 cm. The Mbuna group consists of 12 different genera. Most commonly found in the genera Cynotilapia aquarists Mbunas, Iodotropheus, Labeotropheus, Labidochromis, Melanochromis and Pseudotropheus.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
> DIET OF mbunas <
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

As our herbivores have longer intestines than carnivores, it is obvious that a too fatty food can quickly cause problems. I feed my entire Mbuna`s exclusively with Flakes and Flakes, that is adapted to their needs. This food works naturally, color boosting. For a change, I'll feed between cucumber, lettuce or live food (newly hatched brine shrimp, water fleas or bloodworms). Perhaps like now now some think that this is a very monotonous feeding, which I want to bring to that perch tend to quickly Überfressung.

Here are my preliminary programming

08.30 clock Deep Blue 00%
09.30 clock Deep Blue 30%
10.30 clock Deep Blue 00%

10.00 clock Daylight 00%
11.00 clock Daylight 35%
12.00 clock Daylight 70%
19.30 clock Daylight 70%
20.30 clock Daylight 35%
21.30 clock Daylight 00%

21.00 clock Deep Blue 00%
22.00 clock Deep Blue 30%
23.00 clock Deep Blue 00%

In order to explain:
eg in the period 21-22 clock drives the Compuer slow the brightness from 0 to 70 percent, or in the period of 12 to 19.30 clock it keeps the 70 percent you would take the time to 19.30 clock from the programming out he would already by 12 clock to start again the brightness to 35% to settle down slowly,

1. timer for daylight from 09.55 clock to 21.35 clock
2. switch for the deep blue of 08.25 Clock to 10.35 and 20.55 to 23.05 clock clock

outside those hours the outlets are switched off completely from the computer, as well as the shutdown of the LED bar to 0% it does not completely off,

both beams are installed in a GLO- lightbar, small drawback, it fits only one bar with the provided adapter bracket in the T5 version and not both, so that you have to both bind to each other,
