3part 3D backplane homegrown, 80% durchschwimmbar with several separate cavities.
Details to the back wall: 12cm XPS panels (a little harder than polystyrene) bonded with polyurethane foam, with the "fine MultiMaster" (sensational part - but Teppichmesser goes :)) incorporated structures, 2cm tile adhesive with black and brown latex paint mixed plotted, XPS on the rear side as much as possible hollowed / burned. Back about 0.5cm tile adhesive. Finally, I got the front still sealed with epoxy resin and sprinkled black sand into the still wet resin.
Effective Construction time: ~ 60h
All equipment was hidden in the right corner behind the rear wall.
