Aquarium Hauptansicht von Becken 30628
Description of the aquarium:
Category:
Lake Malawi
Tank size:
200x50x60 = 600 liters ~ 158 gallons (us)
Specific features:
Standard basin 12mm glass with white cabinet and white cover. The glass tank stands on a 1cm Styrofoam plate and the furniture in turn on a thin rubber mat to the bottom plate to protect and compensate for unevenness.

The entire rear window as well as the right side window were taped up on a few notches behind the modules with black decoration film. Recesses I cut after the final positioning of the modules with a cutter, so I, if even necessary, also see what's going on behind the modules.
The left side window is completely masked (sunscreen).

Aquarium decoration:
Gravel:
20kg Zanzibar sand black.
30kg mixture of gray, white and brown sand.
Some black and gray pebbles and a few snail shells.

A big beschwimmbares AFstyle module which I glued directly with black JBL silicone on the bottom disc. The module is open almost halfway to the back and can also be used by larger fish as a shelter. The flat top of the large module was intended as a spawning ground for my Protomelas. But the contrasts rather itself a spawning pit and always mates on the sand surface ..........
A few larger halved or gedrittelte AFstyle module pieces have also been glued to the bottom disk and thus offer the fish retreat and hiding places. The modules I have all arranged that I still get at least one hand or the arm behind.
Plants:
Plants there will be no. Hopefully a few pretty algae but with scant Belechtung is the probably nothing .......
Special features of the facility:
Since I unfortunately only 50cm depth have available, I did not want to obstruct the full depth with a massive rear wall myself. Fish should indeed at least in some places have the opportunity to use the full depth.
The smaller modules or module parts are not fixed and can be moved or removed easily.
The large overhangs on the right and left in the pelvis are firmly glued and can no longer be postponed. Have the overhangs bonded at some distance to the rear glass so I still get to the good technique and in an emergency can sometimes remove a dead fish.

3 small pieces of root from the Bernese Oberland.
Aquarium equipment:
Lighting:
2 times 30cm LED strips with 6 times 3 times blue and white as the main lighting. The whole runs from 13.00 - 23.00 clock. Thus the whole kinda fluent running I still have a GHL Mitras-Simu stick 95 which over the GHL Computer from 12.00 - 24.00 clock is controlled.
